11:15 pm - 4.35 @ 6:47 pace - 29:28 - I almost didn't run this (I was really tired and just wanted to go to bed) but I did it anyhow.  Started feeling quite good after 2 miles and decided to push it the last 1.35 miles - 5:54 pace for mile 4 and 5:41 pace for the 0.35.  Now I can shower and go to bed.

11:00pm - 7.25 miles @ 7:04 pace - 51:09 - Feeling much better (I'm not certain what the afternoon was about) a progressive run - started @ 7:22 pace and ended @ 6:50 pace.
